FREQUENTLY ASKED

QUESTIONS

  • My style as an editorial and documentary wedding photographer revolves around storytelling and authenticity. I focus on capturing genuine moments that evoke emotion and invite viewers to engage with the narrative.

In editorial photography, I create images that complement written content, using a mix of candid shots and carefully composed scenes that reveal the essence of the subject. In documentary work, I immerse myself in environments, prioritizing natural light and real settings to illustrate the richness of human experiences.

Ultimately, my aim is to document life in a way that is both visually compelling and meaningful, celebrating the stories and emotions that connect us all. Each photograph serves as a window into a unique narrative waiting to be shared.

  • I am based in Congleton, Cheshire however I cover weddings all over the UK and I will travel for love. I do charge travel costs when further than two hours from Congleton. Please get in touch for more information.

  • Yes! I am insured for both public liability and professional indemnity. If you or your venue require specific details or proof of this, please don’t hesitate to ask as I will be more than happy to provide.

  • I know when I got married I was desperate to see the photos and so I send a sneak peek within 48 hours and you will receive your full gallery after 6-12 weeks. I always aim to get them to you as soon as possible. You will get the photos in an online gallery with unlimited downloads that can also be shared with friends and family.

  • Adding a second photographer to your wedding photography package can be a great idea, especially if your wedding is large or if you have multiple events happening at the same time. A second photographer can help capture all the important moments that might be missed by a single photographer. Additionally, a second photographer can provide different perspectives and angles which can make your photos more interesting and varied. However, adding a second photographer will increase the cost of your photography package, so it's important to weigh the benefits against the cost and determine if it's right for you. Ultimately, the decision to add a second photographer to your package should be based on your needs and preferences as well as your budget.

  • I recommend that you start by identifying the important moments of your wedding day that you would like to have captured. This can include getting ready, the ceremony, family portraits, the reception, and any special events that you have planned.

It's important to keep in mind that every wedding is unique, and the amount of coverage you need will depend on your specific needs and preferences.
